Shipping policy
This policy explains where VERIDUNE LIVING delivers, the order cut-off, processing time, delivery time, shipping cost and responsibility for orders in transit.
Delivery area and cost
We deliver to valid residential and business addresses throughout the United States. Standard shipping is free. GOBUY STORE LLC pays standard outbound shipping, and the standard shipping amount shown at checkout is USD 0.00.
Order cut-off and processing
The business-day order cut-off is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders placed before the cut-off normally begin processing that business day. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day. Processing takes 1-2 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Transit and total delivery estimate
Transit after processing normally takes 3-5 business days. The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is 4-7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address associated with the order after dispatch. Tracking systems may require a short period to display the first movement.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact support@veriduneliving.com as soon as possible to request an address correction, order modification or cancellation. These requests can be completed only before dispatch. We will confirm whether the requested change was completed. Once dispatched, the order may be returned after delivery.
Delivery responsibility loss and damage
GOBUY STORE LLC remains responsible for the order until delivery to the customer or a person designated by the customer. If tracking shows an unexplained delay, the parcel is lost or the order arrives damaged, contact us. We will investigate and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy without shifting our customer obligations to the carrier.
