Refund policy
This policy applies to purchases made from VERIDUNE LIVING through https://veriduneliving.com. VERIDUNE LIVING is operated by GOBUY STORE LLC.
30-day return period
You may request a return for a defective or non-defective product within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within this period. Email support@veriduneliving.com with your order number and the product you wish to return. A reason is helpful but is not required for a standard return.
Return authorization and return form
We will provide the return authorization, complete return instructions, authorized return address, prepaid return label and return form. Download and print the return form supplied by customer service and place it inside the parcel. Do not send a return to the company mailing address unless customer service specifically identifies that address as the authorized return destination.
Time to send the return
After receiving authorization and return instructions, send the product back within 14 calendar days. Use the prepaid label supplied by us so the return can be tracked and directed to the correct location.
Return condition
Original packaging is not required. Use suitable protective packaging and include the product and all components supplied with it. Reasonable opening and inspection are permitted. A reduction may be assessed only when allowed by applicable law and only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Return and exchange shipping costs
GOBUY STORE LLC pays authorized return shipping for defective and non-defective returns. We also pay approved outbound shipping for direct exchanges. We do not charge a restocking fee or return-handling fee.
Damaged defective incorrect or incomplete items
Contact us promptly after delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description. Include the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us resolve the matter, but photographs do not remove any right available under applicable law. We will provide an appropriate remedy at no charge.
Direct exchanges
Direct exchanges are available when the requested replacement is in stock. Contact customer service within the 30-day return period. We will provide authorization, a prepaid return label and instructions. Any price difference will be confirmed before completion. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer another available option or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing and method
After the authorized return is received and inspected, we process the approved refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The bank or payment provider may require an additional 3-10 business days to post the funds.
Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@veriduneliving.com. We will confirm whether the order was stopped before shipment. Once dispatched, the order may be returned after delivery under this policy.
