These Terms apply to products purchased from VERIDUNE LIVING through https://veriduneliving.com. The seller is GOBUY STORE LLC.
Products and descriptions
The product page identifies the product offered for sale, including its price and available product information. Dimensions are approximate manufacturing specifications unless otherwise stated. Decorative accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly listed as included.
Order process
Add the selected product to the cart, review the order information and complete checkout using an available payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be accepted, we will notify the customer and reverse or refund any collected payment for the affected item.
Prices payment and taxes
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless clearly shown otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Checkout may offer Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Delivery
Standard delivery throughout the United States is free. The order cut-off is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit takes 3-5 business days, for a total estimate of 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days.
Cancellation and order changes
A cancellation, address change or order modification may be requested at support@veriduneliving.com before dispatch. We will confirm whether the request was completed. Changes cannot be processed after dispatch.
Returns exchanges and refunds
Defective and non-defective products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. After authorization, send the product within 14 calendar days. Original packaging is not required, no restocking fee is charged, and GOBUY STORE LLC pays approved return and exchange shipping. Direct exchanges are available subject to stock. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection; the bank may require another 3-10 business days.
Seller responsibility
GOBUY STORE LLC is the seller and remains responsible for the sale, order fulfillment, customer support and remedies promised in these Terms. Nothing removes a mandatory customer right under applicable law.
