Standard shipping is free throughout the United States.
What is the daily cut-off?
The business-day cut-off is 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit takes 3-5 business days. The total estimate is 4-7 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes. Email support@veriduneliving.com before dispatch. Address changes, order modifications and cancellations can be completed only before dispatch.
What is the return period?
You may request a return for a defective or non-defective product within 30 calendar days after delivery.
How do I obtain the return form?
Contact support@veriduneliving.com. We will send the authorization, prepaid label, authorized return address and a return form for you to download and print.
How soon must I send an authorized return?
Send it within 14 calendar days after receiving authorization and instructions.
Is original packaging required?
No. Use suitable protective packaging and include all supplied product components.
Are there return fees?
No restocking or return-handling fee is charged. GOBUY STORE LLC pays authorized return and direct-exchange shipping.
Can I exchange an item directly?
Yes, subject to stock. Contact customer service within the 30-day return period for authorization and prepaid shipping instructions.
When is a refund processed?
Within 5 business days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method. The bank or payment provider may need another 3-10 business days.
